Eligibility
Items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with any tags or packaging still intact unless a fault is being reported.
Before requesting a return
- Check the return window shown at checkout or in your order communication.
- Contact support with your order number and reason for the request.
- Wait for confirmation before shipping any item back.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support as soon as possible so the team can review the issue and guide the next steps.
